Decaf Monk is currently a Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Primavera, imported by our friends at Ally Coffee. The coffee is decaffeinated through organically certified Swiss Water Processing, a natural alternative to other chemical based processes.  Decaf Monk is as fresh and flavorful as our caffeinated coffees and goes wonderfully with milk.  Our current taste notes are all all rich, sweet, and comforting - graham crackers, s'mores, dark chocolate, toffee.
