TASTING NOTES: Nougat, Pomegranate, Chocolate
This is special to us. Back in April at the Specialty Coffee Association tradeshow, we came across a Nicaraguan bean from Gold Mountain Coffee that we fell in love with during a tasting. Our pals at 1000 Faces Coffee in Athens, Ga imported this bean for us so we could collaborate on this awesome project.
Last week, we spent a couple of days trying out different roasts of this bean and decided on a profile that we liked. We roasted a small batch with 1000 Faces on Thursday, bagged and labeled it with our first Coffee Collaboration sticker #0001 (we’ve got high hopes). We now have it available at the shop.
